Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. We do not accept cancellations or changes for any reason. Please double check to ensure your entire order is correct before submitting. Once your order is placed, it is final.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges as these items are custom made. We do not offer refunds or credits. Please ensure that you have selected the correct item and size before finalizing your order

Q. How do I contact customer service?

A. Click on the “contact us” link to email us at thebeadorned@gmail.com. Make sure to include all relevant information such as your name, order number, item name, and measurement so we can better assist you. 

Q. What type of waist beads do you offer?

A. Although waist beads are worn for many different reasons, we believe in choosing to wear them, you are making a commitment to yourself. Therefore we only offer tie on/permanent strands. We DO NOT offer removable waist beads.

Q. Why aren’t my beads the color I was expecting?

A. We do our best to display unaltered pictures of our waistbead strands. The color may vary slightly depending on monitors. 

Q. Why are my beads fading?

A. Over time ALL beads will start to fade or become less shiny in color. This is due to the different natural oils your body produces as well as lotions, soaps, perfumes, sweat, light, etc. Fading beads does not indicate poor quality. This is something that cannot be avoided.
